2. The website

You may read these pages for information about our energy planning practice and about Meeting Agenda Actions. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy it in a way that infringes our rights. The contact form only prepares an email draft. It does not create a customer account.

3. Energy information

Solar planning notes, storage scenarios, carbon estimates, and incentive descriptions are general professional information for planning conversations. They are not tax advice, legal advice, engineering stamps, or a guarantee of savings, interconnection, or incentive eligibility. Confirm credits and rebates with a qualified professional and with the program that would pay them. Field installation is performed by installation partners under their own agreements.

Figures on the homepage are model totals for illustration of our planning work. They are not a certified emissions inventory.

4. Meeting Agenda Actions

Version 1.0.0 is a local tool for agendas, timers, action notes, minutes, and exports. You are responsible for the notes you save and for who you share an export with. The app does not create an account. Boards live on the device until you delete them, clear them, or uninstall without a backup you made through the system file picker.

This version does not include advertising or in-app purchases. A store download link is not part of these terms because a public listing address has not been published on this website.

Optional reminders need notification permission. Photo access is used only if you pick an image. Declining those permissions does not turn off the agenda timer. Exports use the system picker and do not request broad storage access.

5. Intellectual property

The website text, the SKYDEV CODE LLC name, and the Meeting Agenda Actions name and software are owned by SKYDEV CODE LLC or used under rights we hold. You receive a limited right to use the app on your device. You do not receive ownership of the software. You keep the notes you write.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the website or the app to break the law, to infringe someone else’s privacy, or to interfere with the service. Do not present our planning notes as a certification we did not issue.

7. Disclaimers

The website and version 1.0.0 of the app are provided as available. We do not warrant that a timer, an export, a backup file, or a planning figure will be error free or fit for a particular regulated filing. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SKYDEV CODE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost meeting notes that were not exported, arising from use of the website or the app. Our total liability for a claim relating to the website or version 1.0.0 will not exceed the amount you paid SKYDEV CODE LLC for that item in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that cap is zero, except where the law does not allow a cap.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. If a later app version needs different terms, those terms will identify the version.
