Business
A commercial energy brief with the assumptions left visible.
Businesses ask us to compare on-site solar, a storage case, and a carbon figure their operations team can explain. The answer is a report, not a slogan.
Questions we put on the first page
- Which meter and which operating hours the model is allowed to use.
- Whether the goal is a lower bill, backup for a process, or a number for an internal climate report.
- How much roof, canopy, or ground area is actually available after setbacks and equipment.
- Who inside the company will read the report, and which decision it is meant to support.
Storage and carbon sit beside the array
A commercial solar size that ignores demand charges can look better on paper than it will in operations. When storage is in scope, we treat it as its own scenario, with a stated job: peak shaving, backup, or soaking up midday solar.
Carbon figures are estimates. The tracking page explains how we keep inputs next to the result so a later reader can see what was assumed.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a payback month, a utility interconnection, or an incentive award. Those depend on tariffs, programs, and partners outside this office. The brief is there so those conversations start from the same numbers.
