How this website and Meeting Agenda Actions handle information.
This policy covers skydevcodellc.site and the Android application Meeting Agenda Actions. It is written so you can see what stays on the phone and what reaches SKYDEV CODE LLC.

1. Who we are

2. Scope
This policy applies to the website at https://skydevcodellc.site/ and to Meeting Agenda Actions, package name com.meeting.agendaactions, version 1.0.0, published by SKYDEV CODE LLC. A store listing address is not printed here until a public listing exists. The product is described on the Meeting Agenda Actions page.
3. Website and email
If you email FOGARTY@skydevcodellc.site, we receive the address you send from, your message, and any attachment you choose to include. We use that correspondence to reply, keep a record of the inquiry, and operate this business.
The contact form on this website does not transmit the form to our server and does not store it in an account. Submitting it opens your email app with a draft addressed to us. We receive the message only if you send that email. The site does not set analytics cookies and does not load an advertising or analytics kit.
Server or host logs may briefly record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. Those logs are used to keep the site available and to diagnose faults. We do not sell that information.
4. Meeting Agenda Actions — data on the device
Version 1.0.0 stores the board in the app’s private files on the device. The in-app notice describes meeting titles, topics, timers, actions, and minutes as stored on the device, and states that the app does not create an account. In practice the local board can also include dates, start times, room or link notes, topic owners, planned minutes, talking notes, action owners, due notes, the linked topic, open or done status, wrap notes, version history, pin and wrapped status, the theme you pick, and whether reminders are on.
SKYDEV CODE LLC does not operate an account system or a cloud copy of your boards for version 1.0.0. The app does not ask you to sign in.
5. Permissions
- Notifications. Requested only if you turn on meeting-start reminders. Reminders are off by default. Core agenda timing still works if you deny notification permission.
- Photos. Used only if you pick an image. You can keep using the app if you decline photo access.
- Files. CSV, PDF, and plain-text exports, and JSON backup, use the system file picker. The app does not ask for broad storage access. Cancelling the picker means the file is not written.
6. Advertising and purchases
Version 1.0.0 does not include advertising and does not include in-app purchases. This policy does not describe an ad network or a purchase SDK because this version does not use one.
7. How we use information
Email and any host logs are used to respond to you, maintain this website, and keep ordinary business records. Meeting content in the app is used on your device to run the agenda, the timer, the action list, and your exports. We do not use that on-device content to build an advertising profile.
8. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share correspondence with a service provider that hosts our email or this website, when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect the rights, security, and operations of SKYDEV CODE LLC, our correspondents, or the public. An export file goes to the folder you pick. It is not uploaded by the app as part of that save.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep email for as long as the conversation and ordinary business records require, unless a longer period is required by law. App data remains on the device until you delete it or remove the app.
Inside the app you can delete one action, delete one board together with its topics, minutes, and actions on that phone, or clear all boards, actions, and minutes on the device. Those steps are immediate on the phone and cannot be undone from our office. Uninstalling without a backup may remove boards that were never exported.
To ask about email we hold, write to FOGARTY@skydevcodellc.site. We will respond subject to applicable law and to records we must keep.
10. Children
The website and Meeting Agenda Actions are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us, contact us and we will delete that correspondence when we are required to and when we can identify it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect correspondence we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. On-device boards are protected by the app’s private storage and by the security of the phone itself.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the app changes. The new effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after the date changes means you are looking at the revised policy. Material changes to the app will be described for the version they apply to.
