Residential
A rooftop plan a household can actually read.
Homeowners come to SKYDEV CODE LLC with a bill, a roof, and a question about whether solar, a battery, or both belong in the next project. We turn that into a planning brief.
What we look at first
- Twelve months of use when the household has them, or a careful estimate when they do not.
- Roof direction, shade, and the parts of the roof that should stay out of the layout.
- Whether backup during an outage matters more than shifting use away from peak hours.
- Equipment the household already owns, including an electric vehicle charger or a heat pump, because those loads change the size conversation.
What you leave with
A residential brief states the system size under discussion, the usage pattern it was built from, and the storage question that is still open. It is a planning document. It is not a building permit, a utility application, or a contract with an installer.
Field installation is done by installation partners. We stay on the planning side: assumptions, comparisons, and a report the household can hand to those partners.
Incentives
Credits and rebates can change the budget. They also change often. Read the incentives guide, then confirm eligibility with a qualified tax professional and the program that would pay the incentive.
