Approach

Listen first. Write the assumptions second. Compare third.

A clean energy project goes wrong when the size is chosen before anyone agrees on the goal. Our approach keeps the goal, the data, and the open questions in the same brief.

1

Name the decision

A home backup plan and a business demand-charge plan are not the same assignment. We write the decision in one sentence before we model anything.

2

Separate facts from gaps

Bills, roof notes, and tariffs are facts. A missing year of data is a gap. Gaps stay visible so an installer does not inherit a silent guess.

3

Compare, do not collapse

When two system sizes or two storage jobs are still plausible, the brief shows both. We do not average them into a single friendly number.

4

Hand off

The brief is written so installation partners, a tax advisor, or an internal stakeholder can see what we assumed. We remain available to revise the brief when the site facts change.

The same habit shows up in Meeting Agenda Actions: a meeting has a planned duration for each topic before the timer starts. The app is a separate product. It does not store solar briefs.
